My name is Marie, and here are a few facts about me: I’ve been a certified guide in Quebec since 1986, and have been working as a guide on and off ever since. I’ve tried working in other fields, but my passion for Quebec city is a magnet that keeps pulling me. Learn more about me.

No, your guide is not afraid of bad weather. Please watch the weather forecast before our tour. Make sure to dress accordingly.

I have prepared rallies for younger kids… and “older kids” as well. It will allow them to lead the tour and answer historical and non-historical questions along the way… And there’s a prize at the end of the tour!
You may pay with your credit card using my Square terminal or by cash at the end of the tour.
How do we prepare for a winter visit?
Temperatures in Quebec City range between 0 to -30C (32 to -22F). We can also have up to 3 meters (9 feet) of snow. Therefore, you must prepare accordingly. Bring warm boots, extra pairs of socks (merino wool are fantastic), sweaters, warm coats, mittens, scarves, hats (wool are preferable). If you don’t have all the ''equipment'', you can easily buy it in local shops. I also don’t recommend high heel boots, since Quebec is built on a cliff and there are a lot of hills to walk up and down. Even though the City maintains the streets regularly, some sidewalks may be a bit icy and slippery.
If you have questions, I have answers!
I love having questions! On tour or online! If you did not find the answer to your question, please feel free to send me a message, I will reply as soon as possible.
